Skin Cart UK currently delivers skincare, beauty, cosmetics, and personal care products within the United Kingdom.

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–4 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

2–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, high order volume, or circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for following courier instructions to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel where applicable.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the outer packaging

  • Photos of the shipping label

We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution where appropriate.
