Are your products genuine?

Skin Cart UK aims to sell genuine skincare, beauty, cosmetics, and personal care products sourced from trusted suppliers.

We do not claim to be an official distributor, authorised reseller, or direct brand partner unless clearly stated and supported by written authorisation from the relevant brand.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Do you provide tracking?

If tracking is available for your selected delivery method, tracking details will be sent in your dispatch confirmation email.

If you have not received tracking information, please check your spam or junk folder first.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. These may include debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal if available, and other supported payment options.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Skin Cart UK does not store your full card details on our website.

Can I return skincare products?

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare, cosmetics, and personal care products cannot be returned unless faulty.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us at support@skincartuk.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the shipping label

Can I cancel my order?

You may request cancellation before your order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after delivery if the item meets our return conditions.

Do skincare products suit every skin type?

No. Skincare products may react differently depending on your skin type, sensitivity, allergies, health condition, and other products you use.

Always read the ingredients and directions before use.

We recommend patch testing new skincare products before full use.

Do you give medical or dermatology advice?

No. Skin Cart UK does not provide medical advice, dermatology advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Product information on our website is for general information only.

If you have allergies, sensitive skin, a medical skin condition, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, seek professional advice before using new skincare products.

What should I do if I have a skin reaction?

Stop using the product immediately.
