At this time, we do not guarantee international delivery unless it is clearly offered at checkout.

Orders are usually processed within 1–4 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Missed Delivery

Customers are responsible for following courier instructions after a missed delivery attempt.

Delayed Parcels

  • Photos of the outer packaging

Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Order Not Received

If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check:

  • Around your delivery address
  • With household members
  • With neighbours
  • Any safe place shown by the courier
  • Courier tracking notes
